ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Changed your mind or made a mistake in your order? Don't worry, we are here to help!

1. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION & CHANGE WINDOW

To ensure quick delivery and minimal processing delays, orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. However, we understand that changes happen!

You can request to cancel your order or modify details (such as size, color, design style, or shipping address) within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason.
After 24 hours, your custom item enters the printing/manufacturing process, and we will no longer be able to make changes or process a cancellation.

2. ORDERS IN PRODUCTION OR SHIPPED

Please note that any orders that have already been fulfilled, printed, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled or modified. If your order has already shipped, you may refer to our Return Policy upon receiving your package.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELATION OR CHANGE

If you need to request a change or cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact our Customer Support team immediately with the following details:

Your Order Number (e.g., #1001)
The Email Address used to place the order
Specific Details: State clearly whether you want to cancel or what modifications you need (e.g., updated shipping address, change size from M to L).
