Have questions about ordering, shipping, or tracking? We've got you covered! Here are answers to the most common questions our customers ask.

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order with us is quick and easy:

  1. Browse our collection and select your favorite style, size, or custom design.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and complete your purchase.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email and start preparing your custom items right away!

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Since each item is custom crafted on demand specifically for you, your order goes through two phases before arriving at your door:

  • Production Time: 6 – 8 business days.
  • Shipping Time (Standard Shipping - $6.99): 20 – 25 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Shipping Coverage & Notes:

  • We currently offer standard shipping across the contiguous US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO US Military bases).
  • Orders are processed and shipped on regular business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING OR UPDATING

Don't worry! Tracking links often take 24 to 48 hours to show active updates after your shipping label is generated.

Because your order is custom-made, please allow full production time (5-8 business days) before expecting carrier tracking events. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 to 10 business days, please send us an email at support@throwbackjerseyshop.com and we will assist you immediately.

4. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We work quickly to get your orders into production! If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Please note: Once an item has entered the printing or packaging phase, we are unable to cancel or alter your order.
