Question: Why hasn't my tracking number updated yet?

Answer: Because every item is custom printed on demand just for you, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once shipped, the tracking system may take 24–48 hours to display initial status updates.

If your tracking information hasn't updated after 7 to 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@throwbackjerseyshop.com, and we will be happy to investigate it for you!

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Need to modify or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible!

We work hard to fulfill orders quickly. Once our production team or warehouse has started processing your order, we are unable to make any changes or process a cancellation.

Please note: Orders that have already been printed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
